Prior to starting Box 4, he worked as a General Manager for Vodafone Idea Ltd. He has a combined corporate experience with his previous jobs of 20 years. Rahul attributes the idea and success of this company to the joint experiences that come from him and his father. It eased their understanding of taking risk and the capacity to take the leap into entrepreneurship. 

Mr. Rajendra Shivhare holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with an expertise in manufacturing technicalities. Rahul is an expert in B2B sales and in building high calibre sales team. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with Management and Marketing as his forte. Coming from very humble roots, they never had enough capital to start something of their own. With enough expertise in hand, they took the calculated risk of getting into manufacturing of B2B product, that met their abilities. 

This ensued a formidable and a balanced team as a result. The initial hiccups did not give a dream start and the struggle became more real with already diminishing working capital. They had generated enough business leads but no raw material could be arranged to cater to those leads. The tough second year, only became harder with the pandemic hitting the world. Quick and smart thinking, persistent efforts to reach out to the leads that remained and continued quality work kept building the companies credit and getting in new clients. This started getting better sales results. They are now looking at close to 100% growth in sales by the end of this fiscal term.  

Rahul credits the success of his company’s growth to the superior quality products they make and efficient relationship management. Hard work and maintaining dedicated synergies between the entire team never goes unnoticed.
