Rajat Johari an Educator by profession a motivator by chance and a leader to guide the path of success and never be afraid of failure. A man who is complete Guide / Coach / an institution in himself for the young minds of country aspiring for competitive exams like UPSC Engineering services, GATE and State Engineering services. He has mentored more than 1 lakh+ aspirant in last 9+years of teaching and huge number of candidates got final selection, who are currently a part of Government machinery as a top notch technocrats of country.
He also believes that no aspiring candidate should be deprived of education because of financial crunch for this he and his team has always supported students with financial help and would continue to do such help in future as well which means such candidates can also pursue their real dream of becoming a bureaucrat/technocrat.
The journey as a Teacher starts when he realized that his juniors or students are struggling to get through these competitive exams even after 1 to 2 years of preparation and from there he mentored first time to someone preparing for competitive exams. Since he was the one who has qualified such competitive exams like ESE/GATE/PSU!
He started with just a few students back in 2012 and has taught over more than 1 lakh students till date. He has created a massive image as one of the most adorned and reliable faculty of Civil Engineering Institute for Competitive Exams in India. An educator by profession Rajat Johari was a part of Group A Services in Govt of India. But he left his comfort zone to provide students with the facilities where they lack during preparation.
Currently a civil engineering educator at “Unacademy” India’s largest learning Platform ,he was one of the senior faculty of Offline institutes like “Ace Academy” and “Made Easy”.
Usually, when you are a teacher people think they must have been excellent in academics. But this case wasn’t true for him somehow he has graduated with little above average marks. But the zeal to do something recognizable in society has pushed him to write the reputated exams and he has qualified almost every exam that he has given with flying colours and over the period of time he has been part of some world leading organizations and panel discussions.
He is still inspiring various ESE/GATE aspirants with same zeal for their dream and achieve what they are worthy of.
In his 9+ years of teaching experience whenever he felt dull or wanted to give up, one thing which always used to put him back on track is these two lines from the poem of Harivansh Rai Bachchan.
