- Started Career in 1978 as Chemist at Plastipeel Chemicals Pvt. Ltd-Thane. Handled manufacturing of Rust Preventive Coatings & Paint Driers.
- Worked as Profit Centre Head for 15 years, with KlaasEquipments Pvt. Ltd, at Nashik& Mumbai. Klaas Equipment was a sister concern of Rediffussion Advertising Pvt Ltd. & pioneer in various types of price & batch coding systems.
- Joined Willett International in 1994 as Country Manager, a UK based company. Willett was a leading manufacturer of Ink Jet Coding Systems.
- An Entrepreneur for last 25 years owning NICHEM SOLUTIONS, for developing & manufacturing Specialty Chemicals in 1996. Main product verticals included Domestic Water Purification Chemicals, Agricultural Inputs, Plastic Additives, Ecological Disinfectants. Nichem has a global distribution network today.
