Mr. Raj Kishore Mishra- Man of literary writings

As an Electrical Engineering Graduate from I. T. BHU which is presently known as IIT, BHU Varanasi, Mr. Raj Kishore Mishra cleared the prestigious UPSC Engineering Services Examination in the year 1982 and has now retired as the Chief General Manager (Ew), BSNL, HQ New Delhi. Mr. Mishra is known for his excellent literary works and below mentioned are his commendable works:

Literary Works:

  • Pravahini- a Hindi Poetry
  • Meghpushp- a Poetry written in Maithili language
  • Urja – Varnan (Khand – Kavya, Hindi). In 2019, this book was declared ” The first Hindi poetry book on Energy “, by India Book of Records, Asia Book of Records and World Book of Records.
  • Samveg- (Khand – Kavya, Hindi)
  • Pradushan (Khand -Kavya, Hindi)
  • In 2020, This book was declared ” The first Hindi poetry book on comprehensive details of pollution”, by India Book of Records.
  • Jal – Sankat Khand – Kavya, Hindi)

Among all the above listed, “Urja Varnan”, “Pradushan” & “Jal sankat” are unique books. Writing Poetry books on technical subjects & current problems like Energy, Pollution and Water – Crisis, was a new and successful experiment in Hindi literature which would contribute towards creating awareness for energy savings, pollution control and water conservation. About 60 videos of Hindi poetry are available on Facebook, Instagram & YouTube.

Mr. Mishra has received several accolades for his literary works. A special mention has been made in India Book of Records and World Book of Records for writing a book in Hindi on energy. Many of his books are available on Amazon and Flipkart.
