He has been a part of several startups and product launches across India and managed global businesses. In his last assignment as Senior Vice President Consumer Banking Operations with Bank of America in India, he managed large teams across locations in 3 states. Raakesh leadership style developed early and was the key to success during several projects and change management initiatives. He started his career in 1993 as a fresh commerce graduate going door to door to make sales for HSBC bank, which made him a believer that every role adds to the overall value proposition for the organization. He joined HDFC Bank in 1995 and later went on to be amongst the youngest branch managers. Raakesh sense of responsibility and goal driven leadership helped the branch succeed and become well-established in the neighborhood. His additional talents in networking and relationship management landed him his next 4 roles at multinational organizations. Raakesh left his final role in banking with a strong people followership.

In September 2019, after moving to the USA, he focused on his passion for continuous learning and desired to become an entrepreneur. Among the options, he selected alternative wellness and leveraged his skills to create an opportunity for business. He found a prudent way to educate people about the benefits of homeopathic medicines and offer an affordable program. He built a customer focused, process driven, seamless online platform to promote homeopathic. He continues his passion of learning new things and is heavily involved in the several aspects and details of his digital marketing campaign.
