Presently, as Vice President and Global Head Marketing & Sales, Mr. Gokhale heads the Enterprise & International Business for the Security Solutions Division of Godrej, leading a highly charged & motivated team, offering peace of mind to a wide spectrum of stakeholders.

30 years of Rich Corporate Experience, Building Business Leadership as well as Thought Leadership by thinking ahead and maintaining a strategic positioning for the Organization. Defined and articulated business strategies based on mapping customer needs, managed product portfolio through Multi-generation Product Planning initiative, to address changing market dynamics.
