Introducing a self-made gentleman who earned his leadership reputation from childhood spanning across three career profiles. Starting off as an Armed Forces Officer for more than two decades and another decade plus as Operational & HR Leader in four different industries, he is currently on his third career stint – as a certified Leadership, Life & Business Coach; visiting faculty and founder CEO of PreHanJay Ventures, an Infopreneur initiative.
In the Armed Forces, he commanded an Artillery Regiment, led the Black Cat Commandos of Special Action Group, coordinated Artillery Firing across the Line of Control and organized multi–faceted logistics in line of operations. He was handpicked for Military World Games Cell and commended for excellence in performance.
An Alumni of IIM, Ahmedabad after his Army career, he took on the role of Chief of Operations and Head of HR in multiple industries and excelled as a turnaround specialist for organizations looking for change, grooming leaders and scaling the next level.
Sharing his valuable experiences, he wrote “How to Sharpen Your Interview Skills”, a book which is being read worldwide, resulting in it being presented in Grad Festival at USA. He has conducted numerous Global and Regional webinars on self-improvement, career enhancement and leadership.
