His subject matter expertise arrays right from executive level management to strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development and employee relations.

Currently serving the role of Vice President – Human Resources at ETHICS GROUP OF COMPANIES, Prasanth’s professional career speaks volumes about his individual success and his contribution towards upliftment of the society and today’s youth. ETHICS GROUP OF COMPANIES is a fastest emerging entity which has spread its roots in several sectors right from medicine distribution Pradan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Pariyojana (PMJAY) Pan India with PMBI, Protected-cultivation, Cold-chain, Solar, Water Solution, Information Technology, Industrial Storage Solutions, Supply Chain solutions to pharmaceutical sectors. At present he is responsibly handling human resource of 1000 plus employees. The company is into huge expansion state and Prasanth avers that he is setting up a hard-core team of HR Professionals PAN India for their entire Human Resource operations. He actively leads and manages portfolio of several developmental projects with cross-functional participation. He believes in ‘Never stop learning, because life never stops teaching’. That’s what makes him crave always for a professional advancement, he claims.

Prasanth has a career history of working with organizations having diverse backgrounds which has enabled him to explore various business sectors and their HR Practices which has laid a strong backbone towards his forward career. He is a People’s man, he enjoys being social same as he enjoys working with them. As per him, he is an HR for reasons much beyond HR – it is the impact that people make to the bottom line – reason enough for HR’s existence. His profession has helped him touch the lives of many unemployed people in the society especially during the pandemic and that’s what makes him fall in love more with this profession. He believes that ‘You cannot change the society unless you take the responsibility for it, unless you see yourself as belonging to it and responsible for changing it. He is more focused on today’s youth as they hold the future for tomorrow. 

He envisions to set up training institutes in each state of India especially remote areas and bringing up the underprivileged to make them professionally stronger and independent. He believes in equal opportunity to every human being and is always committed in doing his part of job for upliftment of the weaker sections of the society. His notions have been positively acknowledged by management team and the strategy for the project is in planning phase. 

He keeps mentoring and motivating his team which helps in adding values to their personal as well professional life. His leadership qualities, his passion and dedication are they key mantras that helped him attain a strong niche in his profession. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Application and a masters degree (MBA) in Human Resource.
