Pranav , has worked a lot of harder to get at this renowned place . As he comes from a middle class family , though the world has come a long way to be in 21^st century , society yet falls back on conservative values again , and always fails to encourage youngsters to take risk and follow their dream. Dropping out of college and becoming and entrepreneur was never and acceptable solution for the young Pranav. But because of some unfair circumstance and situations in life lead him to drop the college at early age. Determined enough, his aims and goals in life didn’t let him think anything else .

His journey from an underprivileged student to founder and CEO of NIRMAN was an extraordinary one. His aims and goals were always higher in life, then he started to know the things about Agriculture industry when he was 16. As he was continuous researching and gaining knowledge he decided to turn his vision into reality and put the cornerstone of Nirman Agri Genetics Pvt Ltd for welfare of Indian Farmers. Within three years he boosted the company with various International and National research tie ups.

He advices all the emerging entrepreneurs, “Don’t give up easily on anything , Like a coin life always has two sides wait for the second one it will surely make noise of your success . Always try until the best can be revealed from you. Its ok if your planning doesn’t work you should always keep trying with consistency and hard work. At early stage of entrepreneur there is only one mantra to become successful it is just keep trying, and never lose hopes”.
