Being a professional with multiple professional degrees, he has been able to handle complex business situations using real time solutions. Recently was involved with various businesses in the hospitality sector during the pandemic and successfully negotiated the storm which was created in this sector.  

He is associated with various National and International corporations such as Telesoft Technologies (UK),  Buffalo Inc ( Japan) , MDH, Raj Daarbar Group ( Pan masala and real estate) Sunair Hotels, KRBL ( India Gate Basmati Rice), Hotel Royal Plaza, , Fortune Lighting Co., Unique Lifestyle ( Store in IGI- T3),  and engaged in  providing end to end business solutions apart from just doing  audits, corporate consultancy, investment decisions, family office, implementation of projects, audit including forensic auditing.

Most of his associations are life-long since his belief is making the client’s work a personal priority and taking away their worries. His ideology of working is doing the work with full dedication and not for an arbitrary sum of money. That is the kind of knowledge he imparts to his daughters and his employees working for him. Owing to these qualities, his contribution is lauded by everyone who has been associated with him.  An avid reader and writer has written for many business magazines and has given numerous interviews for various Hindi and English prime time NEWS channels  and is regular for budget discussions. 

He is a pillar of his community shown by his active involvement in social and religious works and has been a trustee of few religious places in Delhi and is associated with NGO’s involved in the social causes such as helping the disadvantaged and downtrodden , especially older people who have been neglected by their families. He has previously been nominated for CNBC business leader in the professional category. 

He believes in hard work, due diligence, and being able to always spend quality time with his family. His motivation to work hard and shift from his family’s chosen occupation to work within the government sector to being a professional stems from the need to always strive for more. More work, more knowledge which has led to more success. 

Pradeep Kumar Dhingra & Co. has been in existence for more than 25 years and during this period it has completed various green field projects and all have been successful and none of the promoters have defaulted with lending institutions.  

Dr. Dhingra spends his free time either being involved in current affairs as his role as a trustee in religious places and NGO, or playing billiards. He believes that mind is a muscle that needs to be strengthened and to do so he keeps strengthening that muscle by doing new courses. One thing he firmly believes is that mind is a hard drive and cannot store unnecessary information hence stuff of the past and negativity has to be deleted to make space for new information and experiences. Further he believes that new achievements in life bring more and new responsibilities not only towards your near and dear ones but also towards society and the persons who are working with/for you which has helped you to grow.    

He has looked to his late brother and father for inspiration in all his achievements as he always did growing up. He has learnt from their dedication, hard work, and charted a different course for himself and his family in order to be his own person.

His strong family values, his belief and courage of conviction have helped this far in his career and will continue to help him in the future.
