This gave rise to the platform “HelpX” that focuses on providing a person with a mobile application that can call for help to the nearest people around the person. It also sends a location alert to the law enforcement agencies and their emergency contacts in real-time. HelpX is also equipped with an indigenous Autonomous Drone system with a Drone-in-a-Box technology that helps in rapid response to emergency situations.

The autonomous UAV can reach the person in distress and provide the authorities with real-time visual information on the situation and also record the same as a crucial evidence to the situation. The platform also authenticates the identity of every user that registers on the platform through Aadhaar/ Passport number.

The platform also protects the privacy of every registered user as none of the information of user is saved onto any database or Server. The Platform is currently awaiting a Patent acceptance from the Indian Patent Office.

Pradeep believes that this platform can pave way to a more secure environment globally. With more than two decades of experience working globally, he believes that one has to think passionately and practically in order to create a disruptive technology that can change the future. With just two years in existence, Numel has already won awards and recognitions such as the ISO 9001-2015 certification, Quality in Business Certification by the International Trade Council and Recognition as a Start-up by the DPIIT – Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India.
