Pierre Arnaud CASSIN, aged 33 years old, is the Managing Director of Ultraconfidentiel Design Pvt. Ltd., based at New Delhi, India since January 2012. He is a French National and a Business School graduate from European Business School, Paris specializing in International Relations and Finance. After the completion of an internship with the Ministry of Culture in Colombia in 2010 and an exchange program on American Business Practices at Berkeley College (NYC), Pierre sought to add another country to his basket of professional experiences. Firmly believing in the high potential of India as an economically developing country with immense opportunities for the future, he set out to make his mark in this country which everyone was talking about and also to experience for himself the reality of India at close quarters.
Pierre arrived in India and completed an eight months internship with Ultraconfidentiel Design and met its founding members Stephanie Bonduelle and Amaury Watine and continued working with them on various projects as General Manager. In the year 2016, upon the founders’ return to France, Pierre was entrusted with the complete management of the company business in India. Thus began a journey of development, design, strategy, expansion, ups and downs and a plethora of success stories.
Pierre is professionally and socially well connected in the Business circles of India. In July 2018 he was appointed as the Foreign Trade Advisor by the French Prime Minister, H.E. Edouard Philippe. Since July 2019, he is now also the Secretary General of the French Trade Advisors for External Affairs or CCEF “Les Conseillers du Commerce Extérieur de la France” in India.
Pierre manages all aspects of the key accounts businesses right from client introduction & negotiations, from response to tenders & contracts, bargaining, planning, supervising, paying and ensuring full compliance with the requisite regulations. He singularly managed the various Finances of the company including Company Taxation, Corporate Accounting, Financial Analysis as well as the Management of the Imports (project’s materials and equipment) & Exports (Production for our French Brand « by ultra »). He has lead his Design and Architecture team on more than 300 projects from the Tender phase to the Handover stage (90+ clients “key accounts”) including Multi-National Companies such as:
He has lead his Design and Architecture team on more than 300 projects from the Tender phase to the Handover stage (90+ clients “key accounts”) including Multi-National Companies such as Nomura, Microsoft, Chanel, Rolex, Accor Group, Dassault Aviation, Mars Group, Apple, Hermès, MBDA (Airbus Group), Pernod Ricard, IWC, Ulysse Nardin, Amazon, Nissan, Brookfield , BlackStone, Airbus Group, Royal Canin, BMW, Longchamp, Nissan, Renault, German Trade Centre, Apple, the French Embassy in Delhi, Business France, Bangalore Airport, Legrand, IndoAsian, Christie’s, AVL, Longchamp, AktivOrtho Clinics, Bloomrooms Hotels, etc. Over a period of the last five years, he, along with his General Manager, planned and increased the strength of the company, growing from a team of 12 to a strong team of about 60 employees (French, Indians, Italians, Brazilians, Americans, Swisses, etc) and 1 500 workers on the different on-going projects.
