“Mr Pawan Yadav, Author and Entrepreneurship Mentor”
Introducing the persistent and passionate Mr. Pawan Yadav. Mr. Pawan is a globally acclaimed Author and Entrepreneurship Mentor for many Startup Ideas. He envisions to mentors startup aspirants across India on Entrepreneurship Skills in the next five years and thus creating a Startup Ecosystem to make India a self-reliant nation and a hub for innovation. Citing Mr. NR Narayan Murthy he says, “Startups are about entrepreneurs coming up with an idea whose proposition is very different from any existing idea in the market. Startups are about a set of people whose collective experience can test an idea’s market fit and scale it up”.
His research work on Entrepreneurship started in 2006, and as an outcome of the same, he published series of books on Entrepreneurship and related works. Post developing the competencies on Entrepreneurship, he designed and launched his own unique and integrated workshop i.e. “Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP)” which touches upon skills required to become a successful Entrepreneurs. This opened a new domain for him where he ventured with many Startups, for managing Pitch Deck, Angel Investing, Business Planning and Consultancy, to move Start-ups to the next level.
He always gratifies the role of his Graduating Institute i.e. Army Institute of Technology (AIT, Pune) for providing a platform to showcase his competencies. He extends his special gratitude to the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta from where he gathered Digital Strategies Exposure during his Post Executive Program to support Startups in a holistic way.
He holds 17 years of Experience in Market Research, Marketing Strategies, Branding, Business Planning, Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing Strategies. He worked with many Global Brands like MTS Group, Kennametal, TATA, FIAT, CHRYSLER and MAHINDRA.
He never gave up his passion for writing and gradually converted his passion into the profession. Mr Pawan holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and completed his Post Graduation Executive Program in Digital and Social Medial Marketing Strategies from IIM Calcutta. Being an Author, his few creations are like Bootstrapping A Software Company, Business @ Cloud Level, Building up Green Businesses, Hello Identity- It’s my Turn Now, and India Looking for Young Authors.
He is also a motivational speaker and his Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) is the most talked-about module in the market. His valuable guidance has nurtured many ideas into the Startups.
He has received many awards for his philanthropic work in the field of Entrepreneurship and recently received an appreciation letter from the PMO of India for contribution to Skill India Development Program.
Pawan’s day job is working as Independent Consultant for Businesses to grow. Through this experience and expertise, he is also supporting many established businesses for Digital Transformation. He is a man with an enthusiastic approach for all Start-up ideas hoping to help them to achieve their goals, to make India a hub of Startups.
