Born in a village in Mahendragarh, Haryana(India), Parvinder is having agriculture background and spent his early years working in the crop fields along with schooling. Parvinder is passionate and have deep connection with agriculture and farmers due to his roots. It was his inner call to do something concrete in agriculture with his skills and expertise in technology. In 2019, He left job and did 1(One) year dedicated research in agriculture to understand how injecting innovation and technologies can transform agriculture and how it can make agriculture more profitable for farmer,producing quality food for consumer and making agriculture sustainable for the environment.

In July 2020, he started Wayfield Agricultural Technology and launched operation from Nainital district in Uttarakhand. Wayfield Agricultural Technology is providing Crop advisory ,Soil health services,Agri inputs and Market linkage to the farmers by

focusing on climate smart agricultural practices. Company is working on to leverage various technologies like GPS,Remote Sensing,Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning and Blockchain etc. in crop production process and in building supply chain platform responsive to high quality of Agri Input and Crop Output. Wayfield Agriculture is also being recognized by Agriculture Ministry (India), NITI Aayog(India),Indian Achievers Forum and some more institutions.

Parvinder Kumar is presently going through a training and incubation program in IIM Kashipur(Uttarakhand),India.
