Mr. Pankaj Yadav’s inspirational journey stands as motivation to the budding entrepreneurs

O cum engineering consultant engaged with 6 firms from the capital of the country having pan global business presence. As a solopreneur he has successfully delivered many projects to the clients globally, among which NASA & many individual, startup and firms from US, UK, EU, middle east, Asia etc. were included, which were run solely & entirely by self.
Academically, Mr. Yadav is from KV air force & army school alumnus being from the defense background. Selected by all India exam, he completed his graduation from RTU Kota with specialization in Electrical Engineering, with honours division. He was a curious mind from the very early days.
After academics, he groomed his expertise & leadership experience in his field from the govt. sector & was responsible for the very prominent services related activities & decision making for the citizens in my technical domain.
Being the best, exceptional genius & true leader are some of his synonyms, from early childhood whether it’s from commanding 2500+ children’s at the age of 12 in school & representing in the UN youth forum , being the student HOD of branch in college & chief coordinator & best research papers presenter in many conferences & events, to the role of design engineer, manager such as in tata power, in aspiring minds etc., responsibility of providing uninterrupted services to the citizens of the country with his technical & leadership skills are some of his experiences & proofs of his exception from his school, college & professional lives respectively. But the urge for something different didn’t got satisfied. This derived Mr. Yadav to becoming an independent professional engineer just as a doctor. So, he took the challenge. Early days were very tough, starts at 4 am from prayer, planning and execution till next day, to make the place, but soon, discipline, strict professionalism & lord Krishna’s Upasana helped him to achieve the mark of delivering more than 100+ projects, solutions( & still counting) to the national & international clients among which many got patent, competing direct with firms & successfully build a patented technical global business model first of its kind in India with an outcome of pure profit of more than 200% entirely by himself in his field.
Working alone, without leave broke & exhausts mentally, physically every now & then, but Bhagwat gita is his favorite to tackle pressures, new ideas added with meditation as his day doesn’t start without them. Dedicating his success to his grandfather & his father’s dream, & by true love for upasana, he was awarded the title of primarily AMIE, charter engineer & now, “professional engineer” title along with seal/stamp by the world’s oldest engineering institution recognized by U.N. whom are among the top % of the engineers of the country & globally recognized as “engineer” at the age of 29 years, soon receiving patents for my work. Also, being the owner of the space of Quora named technical curiosity educated many about technology, and had more than 7.7 lakh (and counting) views on answers making a balanced world.
