Pankaj is an institution in himself with 23 years of offshoring and outsourcing experience with a strong principle for “creating more leaders” who can inspire others. He is a pioneer in setting up and managing large billion – dollar organizations, with verifiable success in creating and delivering outstanding strategies and sustainable solutions for Oil and Gas, Real Estate, Consulting, and Telecom sectors for Global and Indian companies. Some of the corporate giants he has worked with are Infosys, Bharti Airtel, Accenture, JLL, and Wood. He is talented in building companies from scratch, identifying value acquisition targets in diverse market cycles, excelling as a transaction expert, negotiator, and deal closer. CSR initiatives, women empowerment, employee happiness, supporting underprivileged community on a personal front, are some of the development tasks that are very close to his heart.
In his current role, he is leading Global People & Organization shared services, with stakeholders across Asia Pacific & Americas. His strategic direction, customized operating models, fast – paced transition methodology, employee engagement practices outshine him to be a Global Chief Architect helping organizations reach new greater heights. He specializes in Client account management, Transformation, Digital architecture, and RPA, Shared Services setups, Center and P&L Management, establishing quality centers (lean, six sigma, BPM, etc.), KPI formulation and development & Workforce management.
Outside work, he has been a well – renowned philanthropist who promotes nation – building through his community – related initiatives. He strongly propagates the message ‘Takers eat better and Givers Sleep Better’. His latest initiatives on Food donation, Education, Girl child welfare has tremendously helped in improving the lives of 3200+ people in India. Some of the NGOs he is actively volunteering are SOS Children’s Villages International, World Hope Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and Salaam Baalak Trust.
