He has 30 plus years of industry experience in functional areas such as Procurement, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Recruitment& Appraisals. He has won several accolades in recent years which include Indian Achiever’s Award by Indian Achiever’s Forum, Six Sigma Professional of the year by Transformance, Best Male Professional of the year by Global Real Estate Congress, Best Procurement Professional of the year by Zee Business, Innovative Leadership Award by CPO Innovation, & Best HOD/Employee Award by Rachana Lifespaces.

He is also associated with Pune University, IIMM, Indira Institutes, Garware College of Commerce, and many other educational institutes& colleges in Pune, as a visiting faculty for various subjects in Business Management & Supply Chain Management. He has been associated with Indian Institute of Materials Management, Pune branch for 13+ years. Apart of his professional career, he is also contributing his time for social causes in association with NGO’s like NETRA & DISHA. He keeps himself busy in sketching & painting as well. Along with this, he shares his views on topics of Management. His articles on ‘Improving competitive edge in construction industry with 7 C’s Approach’, ‘Negotiating with Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Quotient’, and article on ‘Learn & Listen, Listen & Learn from the Suppliers’ got  published by CPO Innovation, IIMM Delhi, and Competitors Review Forum.
