Ronson Chemicals LLP manufactures Tri Chloro Acetyl Chloride, at Panoli, Gujarat, is a raw material / intermediate used in Agro Industry. The company started its production in March, 2017. For any business to sustain itself in the market, challenges are considered as the part and parcel. The same happened with Ronson LLP. Upcoming all those challenges and crisis, the company currently is being professionally managed by Technical Director, GMs and Managers at various levels. 

The company was not even 3 years old, when Covid-19 hit the world. The workforce of the organization, mainly the workers and factory staff, who came from various states, suddenly became homeless, since they shared the same living space in a rented apartment. The organization exclusively built rooms, toilets and provided in-house kitchen with cook, so that the employees don’t have to go out of premises for any sort of requirements. The organization had also organized medical camps to ensure that the employees residing there are healthy.

Although the organization was at a budding stage and was dependent on loans, it was able to pay its regular EMIs and also was able to take care of its employees at the same time with the given situation. Production, sales, rising expenses, everything ran out of funds. It was during this time that the organization was going through a tough time. The management then decided to flush more personal funds in order to save the company. After a couple of months, the organization was able to start production with limited resources and as per government guidelines. 

At present, the organization is determined and focused on increasing the production capacity by installing more equipments and hiring more people. Within limited period of time, Ronson LLP is now identified as a designated strategic supplier by their customers. The organization as a whole envisions to serve the country by providing opportunity to work in an emerging company with an objective to build new India.
