He has not only delivered innovative automation solutions around digitization, business analytics, ML (Machine Learning) and enabled companies in achieving competitive advantage and value at scale, but also designed excellent customer experience by assessing customer journey maps & expectations and benchmarking practices.

He has a reputation for high standards in engagement with stakeholders from “ideation to commercialization”. He has worked with an industry leading digital delivery workforce to deliver futuristic business solutions; distinguished capabilities in recruiting, training and leading multi-regional & cultural teams of consultants.

He has worked for various telecom service providers across the globe before joining as the CTO for Seniority Pvt Ltd – an ecommerce company that deals in products specifically curated for senior citizens. In addition to this, the company has started an online senior citizens’ club, called Evergreenclub, that aims to tackle the problem of loneliness and companionship amongst the target group.

He strongly believes that sharing of knowledge is the way to grow – as an individual and also as a society in general. His book is meant to do just that, while he continues to work on his next book.
