A first-generation entrepreneur, Navin has grown his company Navsar Engineering in the highly competitive environment of the Indian Energy Industry, under the able guidance and support of his father Shri. R. Selvaraj.
Navin has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience. He started Navsar in India, providing consulting and support services for the Indian energy industry. Over time, he has grown Navsar into a vertically integrated energy company, providing EPC, O&M, Consulting & related services .Today Navsar has a global footprint in over 16 countries, with established group companies and joint ventures in Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Oman & Afghanistan.
His global exposure and passion to pursue new business avenues has transformed him into a Serial Entrepreneur today. He has established companies with business interests in verticals such as Artificial Intelligence, Augmented/Virtual Reality, EV Charging, Food & Beverage, & Manufacturing.
Over time, Navin found his passion in creating enterprises that can make the world a better, sustainable place. In the process, he has dedicated considerable portion of his time and efforts in creating entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs that are as passionate as him. He is a mentor, advisor and angel investor to few start-ups in India & overseas. He envisions that his efforts will directly and/or indirectly create jobs, improve sustainability in related verticals, and above all, make the world a happy & better place.
