Entering his 18^th year, Mr. Mukundh decided to start a company and try to bring some of my ideas to life. When he turned 19 his dreams transformed and vision became reality. He launched his startup Nebutech along with his mother. It’s the habit of finding the problem and coming up with a possible solution that helped him ideate the products we come up with. Starting the company has also been a great way of learning new things and meeting some amazing people. This gave him the boost of confidence he needed in making Nebutech a success. He had to work extra hard during the unexpected pandemic situation in building their team and the products.

Prior to starting Nebutech, he pretty much worked on his own which made it very hard to assign work to my team or openly share his thoughts and recruit the right set of people who would share the inspiration and energy that he had for his company. But as he began to understand the dynamics, he started to acquire the skill which he needed in building the team and thus the products.

It’s the energy of the founder in my case or the management in general he noticed that a team feeds off of and he prides himself in building and having some of the most inspiring people to work and discuss with during the ideation and development of our products.
