He has been the esteemed jury member and receipient of several global design awards, representing India on international forums like International Customer Experience Awards, Future of Design Awards, Red Dot Award, Fast Company Innovation Awards, etc.
He loves mentoring the next-gen leaders at various Indian Institutions like IIT, IIM, NID, etc to create a mark in the industry.

As the Vice President and Global Head for Digital Design at Huemen, the strategic design agency at HARMAN, A Samsung Company, Mohan drives several business transformation initiatives with a strategic approach. His vision to elevate brands with experience design and imbibe a design-driven org culture has won global recognition with several industry awards including Red Dot, UX Design Awards etc. He has been striving towards establishing ROE (Return on Experience) as a key industry metric to help understand the effectiveness and business value that experience design can deliver.
