Effective in planning, designing, implementing and managing Cloud Infrastructure with Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to ensure collective success. He has worked in multiple geographies with esteemed clients. He has extensively worked in Middle East, APAC and India region.

Global experience helped him to make a connect and build business relationships with people from varied culture and geographies. 

Neelesh has Demonstrated capacity to successfully manage all phases of IT projects and operations, from needs analysis and requirement definition to implementation, and training. Self-motivated individual with people management, Customer Engagement & interpersonal skills.

He has managed multiple teams, with direct and matrix model- including onshore-Offshore coordination/management. Neelesh spearheaded Minfy Tech Service Delivery for 3 yrs and transitioned to Customer Success Division. While working on Migrations, Greenfield/Brownfield implementations, helped him to identify the problem areas and corrective/preventive solutions. In past Neelesh has worked with clients from fortune 100 .
