Manoj has himself been a relentless pursuer of perfection with an insatiable thirst for challenges. And he leads by example. And he makes himself available to all his team-mates in the quest for solutions, whether engineering, or on the personal front.

Starting his career as a maintenance engineer in a cement manufacturing company in the year 1999, Manoj had experienced the operational and maintenance relevant issues which cement industry had been facing on a regular basis. Manoj then decided to join a Cement Machinery Manufacturing company where he could always put thrust on coming up with solutions to the customer’s benefit. To end the limitations of providing one-sided solutions while being with a cement plant equipment manufacturing organization, he finally chose the field of engineering consultancy and to concentrate on extending value-based services to cement plant clients with possibly unique engineering solutions.

Manoj’s varied experience – as a Cement Plant employee, or an employee of a Cement Machinery Supplier, or as a consultant to projects – of more than 20 years in the Cement and allied projects stands in good stead for him as well as the TECHCONS family and associates. Humble and feet-firmly-on-the-ground approach sees to it that there is always time to think about the future image of the company. The motto that drives him is Grow, and let each individual grow along. He says that if he can develop his employees into being future entrepreneurs, then he will be immensely satisfied.
