Mr. Manas Dhiria, the founder of Retail Network, has a strong entrepreneurial spirit that was ignited at a young age. Growing up in a small suburban city with limited access to the ecommerce market, he faced challenges in shipping and delivery through private and nationwide couriers. However, his passion and determination fueled his success. Instead of jumping over 7 foot bars, he found 1 foot bars that he could step over.
At the age of 16, Mr. Dhiria found his interest in ecommerce and started his journey with limited resources. Despite the lack of a warehouse and various facilities, he prioritized fulfilling the needs of his customers. Today, he has built warehouses in three different states of India and plans to expand to six by the end of 2021. He has a trusted customer base of 1 million and over 1 lakh satisfied customers. Mr. Dhiria’s company is also involved in export/import business and has connections with different couriers around the world.
During the pandemic, Mr. Dhiria worked as a business coach and invested his time in training people about stock market and ecommerce. He believes in empowering oneself and contributing to the world by living one’s talent and working on what one loves. He strongly believes that individuals are responsible for the talents that have been entrusted to them.
