There was a time when a student was not allowed to speak in English in the English class itself in schools as it was considered to be an insult to the mother tongue. As a result students were not able to speak in English. They had to face failures in getting higher education and cracking interviews as most of the interviews are conducted in English.

Being a victim of the situation, he wanted to come out of it trying different methods, like finding out teachers who could guide him, books which could help him, the environment which could support him, but all attempts didn’t work. Eventually, he understood that he had to transform himself to transform the society. Thus, his experiences, challenges and competence find an expression in the form of SAED Solution Private Limited, an organization that deals with a variety of skill development courses

With a big vision of skill management and enhancement of youth, turning into scalable resources for a better society, SAED Solution is in a mission to create job opportunities and to impart quality education in the field of Information Technology, Computer Education, Spoken English, Communication Skills, Public Speaking, Personality Development, Career Coaching, etc.

To visualize the dream, Mr Mainul Ali, the director, is leading a team of 20 young enthusiastic intrapreneurs notably Mr. Dipjyoti Kakati, MCA and Jakir Ali, MA in Economics, creating an impact in the society. His experiences prior to becoming a director include 3+  years as a Director at FACT, Sorbhog, Assam, 4+ years of experience as a Guest Lecturer in various reputed colleges, and 3+ years experience as a Mentor for 700+ enrolled members.

Under his leadership and the mentorship of Padma Shri  Dr. Uddhab Kumar Bharali, an Indian Inventor, Mr. Preetam Talukdar, an International Business & Communication Coach,  Chitra Lele, a Software Consultant, Author & Multi-Time World Holder and Dr. Swarnalata Das,  an Associate Professor  Rtd.) and Author, Team SAED has been creating a revolutionary impact in the field of skilled based education by conducting free workshops on awareness of computer education, spoken English, communication skills and public speaking in different remote villages of Assam for free of cost since its inception. The team is best known for the charitable works, helping the poor in need, donating dictionaries and books to the needy and providing monetary support to the people. During the Covid-19 Pandemic situation, he launched his first Speaking English Course named SSSEC English Mastery Online and it was a huge success in 2020 benefitting 500+ students free of cost.
