Mr. Madhav Medhekar is a Tax Advocate and Consultant under his own firm Madhav Medhekar and Company, Pune, Maharashtra. He is highly qualify person. He is M.A. (Eco), M.Com, Post Graduation in Taxation, LLB-I, and done various Diploma in Taxation, Export – Import, GST, MSME, etc. Also writing Law & Tax Books under the name “Nyayadeep Prakashan” in Marathi language. He is socializing in Co-op Act, Trust Act. Also practicing in Taxation field since 2013.
Mr. Madhav Medhekar is life member in various federation like ICA, IAA, AIFTP, ITPA, ISSC, MSWA, MAF, WMTPA etc. His articles related to Co-op Housing Society and elated to RERA and Taxation related to Society is published in “Gharmalak Sang Patrika”, Vyapari Mitra Magazine”, “Maharashtra Society Welfare Association Magzine” and “Taxway Times”.
He has published research paper in Indian Society for Studies in Co-operative. He is writing and publishing various books on Laws & Taxation from 2005. Mr. Madhav is the owner of “Nyayadeep Prakashan” is very famous brand in “Marathi Language” where very few are writing books in regional language. He Started Taxation Consultancy in 2013 under name “Madhav Medhekar and Company”. He is an expert in Direct and Indirect Taxation and Export-Import Taxation. Mr. Madhav Medhekar is member of “Grahak Panchayat” and consulting in that also. He is also expert in Co-op Housing Matter and well known in that filed. He solves elegantly co-op matter very expertly. Maharashtra Government has appointed him as Co-op election officer for taking election in Co-op Society. He has also been appointed enquiry officer for Co-op Society.
