On a personal front, he is a devoted child who is proud of his parents and attributes success to them. One may find a huge photograph of his parents at his residence and office that virtually looks straight at his working desk and which no wonder keeps him rooted to the reality. A doting father to his daughter and a devoted husband, Venkata Rama Rao Kokali believes that Charity begins at home and that he has to be consistent, authentic and reliable both at work and home if he has to achieve gratification and happiness.
