He is deeply inspired from his great grandfather Shri. Kamta Prasad who was a spiritual guru of India’s first President Dr. Rajendra Prasad and worked for the upliftment and education of poor in rural areas of India.

Even in his financial domain, he introduced products which had a direct impact on people’s lives in rural areas by getting them into an ecosystem where they can sustain and grow.Going forward, he wants to continue to developing products which will have an economic, environmental and social impact.

According to him, as innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders it’s up to us to make a positive difference through the products we design, build and nurture.

To overcome the situation of insufficient irrigation problem in several states, he launched a product to arrange finance for “Solar Photovoltaic Water Irrigation Pumps” in collaboration with NABARD to arrange advance subsidy under the scheme of the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy considering the states that are rich in renewable energy.

Also, to release women in rural areas from cobwebs of moneylenders, he launched a product called “Debt Swap Scheme” for women where any existing customer with collateral can give guarantee for such women in their family or acquaintance and they as a financial institution lent up to Rs. 1 lac at a lower rate.

They also helped multiple women entrepreneurs to adopt affordable digital technology to scale up their business, set up their supply chain, and arrange finance.
