His ethics of working concisely bifurcated into two sections, firstly, as a training and job provider which aims for better employment of all gender inclusively in the region. Secondly, reform the arena prevailing for resulting economic development by injecting new industry, projects and construction to render infrastructure for tourism services.
Initially AHM, work with the ideas to polish and produce quality manpower and arrange a means of earning for living for the educated youths in the challenging circumstances but slowly start ripple with globalization. He works hard to make the AHM a brand to be trusted and rely on. Help to a great extend in solving the big employment issues here, by adding alternative path to get a secure job. Working loyally to build and boom the north east high potential resources as an ingredient in shaping country’s trillion size economy dream. With a clear objective to result, goodwill and ease of living by converting the odds into bright prospects of growth and in the globalization mainstream.
Ostensibly, with upright oaths and desire, he proactively works for two fronts educations and economy. So far, he has trained and placed 1000’s of young candidates as cabin crew, ground staff, retails and hotel executives by retaining 100% placement facility after training. Those fresh legs, are now serving as a bright star, in many of the big names and profound corporate‘s in India and Abroad. Aiming to bring the HEYDAY, in the growth and industrialization by establishing bigger projects and construct infrastructure through FDI, attract more investor to venture in exploring the high potential Northeast India. Planning to change the region as a hub for tourism in modern India, build the air connectivity and Hotels to accommodate the new market for economic development in the region.
