The idea of Recruiter Wings originated when he was talking to few founders and CPOs of the Information Technology companies. They were speaking about challenges in providing the awesome and unique experience to candidates while hiring and set the right perception about the company. Due to the gap in the recruitment process, not only there were lot of dropouts, but also wrong talents hired. Nothing wrong with the existing recruitment companies but they only focus on sourcing by keyword matching of the profiles.
Kavin who always interested in solving customer’s problems, found an opportunity here to provide a Great Hiring Experience to candidates and his customers. He quickly put together a unique Hiring Experience Process and run through with few founders, and CEOs of companies. With the great support and the encouraging feedback from them, he founded Recruiter Wings with one key focus, “hire the right talent by providing better hiring experience for engineers and customer”

Kavin also understands the IT is a knowledge industry, and the IT services and product companies are depending on the high skilled workers. He helps his clients to hire the right talent that fits their organization culture. His experience in the AI assisted technologies in Hiring helps his customer to hire the right candidates for them.
