Kanhaiya joined cloudThing in 2020 as the company’s Talent Acquisition leader, the first in company’s history, and has played a key role in the company’s expansion to a 250-person plus team. His current focus is on seamlessly integrating people and business strategy to help cloudThing navigate through its rapid growth period. In his role of Head of HR at cloudThing, Kanhaiya sees himself as an effective enabler for the firm towards developing and deploying a business-aligned people strategy and an effective Change Manager proactively developing new learnings to give shape to the firm culture. “
