Mr. Srimani holds two Master Degrees in Business Administration. He has been awarded by India Achievers’ Forum as best start up of the year for his contribution to the field of social entrepreneurship in India. Additionally, Mr. Srimani has been awarded honorary membership of India chambers of commerce (ICC). 

Mr. Srimani has done detailed study and work on solid waste management and The corona discharge therapy was invented by the Danish engineer Verner Eisby in 1951. His contribution towards zero waste management system may get a revolution in the real estate Industries. Mr. Srimani has prepared a machine in year of 2015 with his team to manage biodegradable waste in a township. He worked on the sustainability of the system as well. Through his system, the township started converting biodegradable waste to composter. It will help our mother nature clean and safe. 

After leaving his high paid corporate job, Mr. Srimani started a company just before lockdown period of 2020. It is his passion to be an entrepreneur. He has stated his journey with a very small capital. His weapons are his education, hard and smart working capacity, thought of not give up, risk taking ability and  limitless hunger for doing something better for the society. During the lockdown when most of the companies are getting shut down or making less salary to their staffs. He used the concept of  corona discharge therapy to prepare a machine which helps mass to keep themselves safe from novel virus Covid 19. He handled his office smartly and contribute a valuable machine to the society. In the first start-up year he took his company into a remarkable level. 

Apart from the ICC forum he is also associated with Credai, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He was invited as an honourable speaker in the International Solid Waste Management Conference, held in Jadavpur University, Kolkata. Mr Srimani is a big name in Facility Management industry of India. Presently his company Magnetite India Pvt Ltd has expanded with four major wings. Those are Facility/ Mall Management, Security Surveillance, Trading of DG and Innovative projects for the environment. In his 2 years of business carrier, he got big multinational clients. Presently he is a market leader in Facility Management Industry.
