He has been passionate about cars from his childhood. He turned his passion into his career when he founded Satyam International in year 1999 providing After Market solutions to workshops to increase their efficiency & productivity. The company today provides complete solutions in the industry and automobile sector related to Workshop Design, Garage Equipment, Air, Lube, Paint, Washing and Environnent Solutions etc. across PAN India.

In year 2000, they have entered into Car Care business as the foundation of a new company was put forward by the name of Total Engine Management Services Pvt. Ltd. In year 2002, they have been channel partners with 3M India Limited for value added products and services. With time and experienced gained so far, they have made themselves self- sufficient and launched their own range under the brand name TEM for Washing and Consumable products.

In year 2014, he founded Sparsh Autotech Pvt. Ltd. and became a dealer of GM- Chevrolet in Dwarka, New Delhi. In 2016, he was awarded dealership of Nissan and Datsun. With his zeal and dedication towards work, he earned a second dealership of Nissan and Datsun at one of the most prime location and auto hub of Delhi- Moti Nagar in year 2017, which is a world class 3S facility constructed on Go Green concept. With his passion towards Indian Auto Industry and favoritism for Indian brands, he has been awarded with Tata Motors Dealership for passenger vehicles at Najafgarh & Dwarka, New Delhi in year 2018. In year 2019, they have started a 3S Facility of Kia Motors at Moti Nagar, Delhi. In the same year he started second outlet of Tata Motors at Dwarka, New Delhi.

All their showrooms and workshops have been constructed on Go Green theme, equipped with modern machineries. He has implemented SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) in his workshops with a concern towards better health and safety for his employees as well as an initiative towards cleaner and greener environment.

Enriched technical background with more than 2 decades’ experience in Automobile field, he brought up Sparsh Autotech to one of the foremost dealership of the country in a very short span of time. The entire group has been awarded innumerable awards like Best Walk-in conversion & Highest EW penetration for Nissan, Graco Achievers Award, Chevy Rockers Award to name a few.

In the year 2021 he has started his new venture in Healthcare & Wellness sector with the name Sparsh Healthcare & Wellness Mall at Moti Nagar, Delhi. It is a unique concept based on upon AYUSH पद्धित & Preventive Healthcare, where all the healthcare & wellness related needs of an individual are fulfilled under a single roof.

With the family dedication to education for over 4 decades, Mr. Harsh always nurtured the thought to give back something to the society which has given him a lot and work for the betterment of the automobile and education fields and the society in large.. He realized his dream in 2016 when he came up with an educational institute by the name Satyam Centre of Professional Excellence (SCOPE). The institute is committed to delivering industry oriented vocational short and long term programs to make our youth employable by feeding them industry focused curriculum. It provides training in Automotive,

Defense, and Personality Development in line with Prime Minister’s Skill India initiative. The institute is having world class infrastructural facilities of classrooms, computer lab, physical training ground and placement cell. The institute is ISO 9001:2015 certified, accredited to ASDC, DTTE, Govt. of NCT of Delhi and are training partners with Vidya Bharti schools and Defence Institutions. SCOPE has presented motivational sessions at various places such as Aurbindo College, Delhi University, Vidya Bharti Schools, Army Base. SCOPE has been acknowledged by Ministry of Labour and Employment for its remarkable efforts in providing employment opportunities to youth. The long term plan is to open a chain of such institutes so as to increase the employability of the youth, help them gain skills which would help them become self-dependent and self-reliant.

Currently, SATYAM Group has a staff of 400+ employees.

They have also ventured into Real State classic projects as well where they design homes and not houses with a mixture of luxury and repose. They have completed one project at Sushant Lok, Gurgaon and are working on one more project at Greenwood City, Gurgaon.

Spruced and burnished, Mr. Harsh has enriched the expansion of the group by his dynamic thoughts and ideas. Tenacious and persistent in his approach, he has insatiable go in him to achieve the best. Socially amiable, he exudes cheer and enthusiasm. An inspired and motivated leader, he attains unquestionable standing by virtue of his personality, competence, commitment and concern for the betterment of the automobile field and the society in large.

• He has been appointed as undisputed President, Oberoi @ Curzon House- India’s first high end residential complex in Civil Lines, Heart of Delhi. Under his guided leadership, Oberoi  @ Curzon House has been awarded with Certificate of Appreciation for being the cleanest & eco friendly RWA under the Swacch Bharat Mission.

• He is a very active participant in various forums such as

o Participated at Debate on ongoing lockdown due to Covid -19 pandemic and support from Govt. at News Channel Khabar Fast in April 2020.

o Member of Executive Committee for Welfare at Saraswati Bal Mandir, Aaram Bagh and Hari Nagar.

o Speaker and Panelist at World Auto Forum event IVASS (India Vehicle After Sales Summit) for 5 years in a row since 2017.

o Speaker & Panelist at World Auto Forum event CHRO Roundtable Conference ‘20.

o Played a key role of ‘Observer during Jury Rounds’ at 7th WAF Awards 2019 organised by World Auto Forum.

o Personality Build Up session for under privileged children with Robin Hood Army (RHA) and other NGO’s.

o Motivational Session at Army Station Workshop, Delhi Cantt for combatants and civilians.

o Entrepreneurship and inspiration session at Sri Aurbindo College, University of Delhi & Partnering with Vidya Bharti Group of Schools and given motivation sessions.

• He has started Widows Pension Scheme to mitigate financial problem of widows to some extent.

• Following the footsteps of our Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Abhiyaan – “Atmanirbhar Bharat”, he has started a new business venture named as ‘Budding Entrepreneurs’.

Through this initiative, he is helping aspirants by providing the required training with hands-holding & financial support for establishing their business and be independent to support their families and be an Entrepreneur.
