Mr. Harish Venkataswamy is a Mechanical Engineer from Mysore University, who has created a name to reckon with Gear cutting technology from the past 28 years. Starting from the Machine tools to latest AGV segment, he has put his expertise to create path breaking products. Entrepreneurship is hard journey by itself, he has struggled in the initial years to come out with realistic performance, lack of infrastructure, non-availability of timely finance, and core team has put usual hurdles.
From the past 12 years, he has designed and manufactured nearly 75-80 different types of gearboxes for various application like Agriculture, Earth moving, Construction, Marine, Food processing, Packaging/printing machines, Pharma machines, Robotics &Automation and so on.
Today at RototransIndia, he is the anchor and hasa fellow partner who is a good Design Engineer, equally capable of hard work, and a focused team delivering truly meaningful products Pan India and globally.
During the time of Covid-19 lockdown period, he and his team has developed nearly 8-10 models of Gearboxes. The said Gearboxes are import substitute one. Under AtmaNirbhar Bharat/make in India Initiative, they manufacture these commodities professionally in their shop floor to cater to various highly integrated companies.
Manufacturing is the basis for any country’s success and he is a true believer in the same and wants to take big leap in the said segment by parting his knowledge of product making. In addition, he is focusing to nurture young engineers to take up the manufacturing activities with subsidiary plan such as Quality, Communication, Human resources, Cost, and Risk/procurement management.
