Gopal took a plunge from corporate life to solve a much needed challenging problem in prop-tech space, by co-founding Propdial (https://www.propdial.com), which is a leading Property Management Service platform that delivers peace of mind to property owners staying away from their property location by assigning a dedicated property manager, as single window solution, who addresses all hassles in utmost professional way. This frees up property owner’s time to spend on other priority issues and personal care while earning a good ROI with a peace of mind.

Scaling any start-up is always a bigger challenge, especially if the sector is a tech shy, Gopal took a partner led approach to scale fast while adding quickly to new operating Geo and Customer base. In three plus years of operation, despite long staying pandemic, he expanded Propdial operation into 7 States, 20 Cities in India with customer base from 45 plus countries, setting the venture on hyper growth path.  Gopal played a lead role in convincing the CxO’s /Co-founders of multiple large prop-tech players to implement “Property Management Service” as new emerging category in their platforms, and so leading this wave while taking first mover advantage.

Mr. Gopal Mishra is actively involved in start-up ecosystem at various roles. Apart from nurturing & growing his own baby, he is angel investor in multiple start-ups, he advises few tech start-ups by sharing his experience to help them plan bigger and better with refined GTM strategy and focussed execution.
