Currently, he is leading an Innovation Garage for the bank with a focus to building innovative and disruptive technology solutions using Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Analytics & Data science. His recent major innovations include building of AI enabled Cyber Security Knowledge Graph powered insights engine and Auto-Learning conversational chatbot with intelligent recommendations using Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Natural Language processing which has been rolled out globally to enable seamless live interaction platform with data analytics capabilities for the users resulting tremendous growth in business. These achievements have positioned the bank as an early adopter in Cybersecurity, AI/ML Knowledge Graph Journey and awarded with Neo4j Graphie Award and The Asset Triple A digital award in Cybersecurity category in 2021.
