Even though his initial startups failed, his ability to stay calm in adversity and his attitude of – ‘Winning is about not giving up’, kept him going to launch Vertex Global Services, which is at the zenith of its success.
He has over 15 years of rich industry experience and has worked with several global brands such as Teleperformance, Targus and Tech Live Connect. During these years, he has donned several hats of New Business Development, Communications, People Management or P&L. He has a proven business acumen and is best known for scaling up revenues from a few millions to multi-millions; bagging new businesses; setting up new offices and managing P&L (100% growth YoY); identifying new business opportunities and geographies; leading 1,000 – member teams; creating out-of-the-box and solution oriented approach to the industry problems, and adapting to new technologies.
In 2010, Mr. Arora launched an office for a well-known call center with over 3000 employees in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The city is now deemed as the next big startup hub, but not in 2010. His ability to stay ahead of the curve and seize an opportunity won him a lot of accolades then. Mr. Arora has always loved meeting new people and hearing their perspectives. An excellent people’s manager and was recently certified by Great Managers Institute. He believes in nurturing the young talent to create great industry work. He has been contributing at multiple industry forums, bodies, and B-schools and won numerous accolades at all levels.
