Divyanshu has previously worked with unicorn startups like OLA, Bounce, Ninjacart, PagarBook before co-founding Glamplus. He comes with 7 years of rich experience in Operations and Strategy across various startups. Before moving to startup world, he has done his MBA from IIM Lucknow in 2014 and graduation from VNIT Nagpur in 2011.

Glamplus is a SAAS platform for SMB salons, spa, gyms, freelancers beauticians and makeup artists. His vision is to move this entire offline $200bn SMB economy of salons and spas to a well data driven system with customer engagement platform.

Prior to Glamplus, Divyanshu was instrumental in setting up OLA Auto in Bangalore, launching fresh meat category in Ninjacart, driving Bangalore Bounce operations. He firmly believes in philosophy- “Hardwork beats Talent if Talent doesn’t work hard” and thus he always tries to bring accountability, responsibility in himself as well as in the team.

Together with Rohan and Vatsalya along with entire Glamplus family, he visions to take Glamplus to global heights where these SMB economy gets benefitted due to technology which results in creation of more jobs in this sector.

He loves travelling a lot, explore new things and loves talking to people. He is a die-hard table tennis player and enjoys playing TT during leisure time.
