He is a strategic leader, offering over three decades of experience in establishing, operating Hotels & Resorts, building and sustaining relationships, marketing, business development, negotiations, concept development, ROI, and much more.

This enterprising leader has a staggering record of contributions that invigorated bottom-line growth while enhancing internal control- over sales, brand promotion, employee management, inventory, and living up to guest expectations. He has now scaled up & streamlined hotel operations by setting up over 36 new hotels in March 2020 and has handled over 300 teams.

He yet believes there is a lot more to accomplish through his brainchild company, Morpho Hotels & Resorts. The journey has just commenced, but it is already en route, fluttering to success. Morpho is built on the strong foundations of industry experience with a fresh outlook towards the ever-evolving hospitality industry. It is set up with an idea to assist and transform hotels and resorts. Having helped set up almost 50 properties across the globe, he brings the grandeur of his international expertise to the table.

Mr. Benjamin is an avid traveler and a family man, excited to begin this new chapter with Morpho Hotels. His corporate office is currently based in Gurugram, while he keeps aiming for the stellar work.
