Mr. Dineshkumar Musalekar’s career began in 2014. The tasks set before him seemed difficult to implement, the more so that Lumel was struggling with financial problems at the time. As an experienced manager, he quickly found a way to change this. He developed a comprehensive five year development strategy for the company in the area of human resources, product and market development and investments.
Within six years, Lumel increased its sale to 41%and became one of the most innovative companies in the field of industrial automation (Lumel SA) AND PRECISION PRESSURE DIE CASTING (Lumel ALUCAST). In 2019 Lumel was recognised as one of the key world manufactures in the production of network parameters, transducers software and analogue meters.
Since 2014 the development of both companies has been accelerating. It also goes hand in hand with the use of the idea of Industry 4.0 –both as a consumer, but also as a solution provider in the form of products and systems for cloud solutions.
Activities of the president of Lumel are not only focused on the in the field of business but also extend to Corporate Social Responsibility. This fact was appreciated by the Zielona Gora
Mr. Janusz Kubicki , who in 2018 awarded Dineshkumar Musalekar with the title of Honorary Citizen Zielona Gora. Mr. Dinesh wonderfully combines Polish and Indian culture by Co-creating many events organized by the Indian embassy in Poland and non-governmental organizations supporting Polish- Indian business and education.
Social Responsibility is not the only concern about employees or local communities , but also about the environment which is directly affected by the company. An idea of sustainability of the company and respecting the environment is one the crucial elements of strategy of Lumel.
