Redefining Success

Two things that nobody on this planet can exactly define are Love and Success, as they are very subjective and always evolving. Even the Oxford dictionary has four different definitions of success with the archaic being “Good or Bad outcome of an undertaking”.

However, for Mr. Dheeraj,  the feeling of being able to work with freedom is Success, to be able to guide so many people is Success, to help so many brands become “BRANDS” is Success, to be able to contribute to Society is Success and he feels even more successful when he sees that his work not only support him financially but also makes him happy.

Since last two years, his company “SOCIAPA” has walked through the funniest and the most bizarre incidents that have all turned out in creating the success story of his company.

For Mr. Dheeraj commencing a Marketing Agency was not because of the fashion of it, but the passion of it.

By 2019, when he established Sociapa, he had good 10 years of experience, appetite to take risk and chase his dreams.  As a result, he started working towards his goals, setting objectives, finding connections, planning on setting up the team and most importantly financial planning.

He booked an office space and started with only 2 employees who spent their days improving and evolving with me. From morning to evening, he would call hundreds of people, do emails, seek for opportunities and it was just him. He believes he was his  own support system.

He had built Sociapa without any funding or investment and he take pride in his slow and steady climb, but to make it bigger was always in his list.

In January 2022, his company is more than 2 years old with not 2 but 25 Creative Minds, to whom he is extremely  thankful.

It doesn’t end here. He is constantly looking for ways to become marketable in new areas, his plans are to expand/build new facilities in different locations, set up his own team of AI Experts and aim to become the leading Marketing agency who brings the “WOW FACTOR” to the Marketing Universe.
