Dhanraj has one of the rarest TRIO combinations in the country in education, He holds THREE degrees in engineering which includes Mechanical, Electrical and Automotive Engineering with a gold medal in automotive engineering. In addition to graduation, Dhanraj also holds a PGDM in Marketing from Tier A college: Symbiosis Institute of Business management (SIBM)  and Advanced Leadership Certification from IIM Bangalore.

Dhanraj heads customer service department of Central Star of entire Gujarat who is an Authorized dealer of Sales and Service of Mercedes-Benz Passenger cars in Gujarat and Maharashtra. In Gujarat, the firm has showroom establishments and workshops particularly in Ahmedabad and Surat. Across Nagpur region, they are also into construction and mining business that is named as K S Metals and Mining Industries Pvt Ltd.

The CMD of the company, Mr. Karnail Singh Cheema is the brain behind this whole venture, mentoring Dhanraj and has been inspiration and leading light for his customer service endeavors operations at every level.

Dhanraj started his career in 1998 in a low-key phase as an executive in manufacturing industry of home appliances to practically understand engineering from basic level. Here, his eye for perfection also got certification for various international quality standards. Along with passion for customer centricity and excellence always in his heart, he shifted career to automotive retail business in the year 2000. As a classic communication skills, empathy and leadership qualities, he manage to enter Luxury car segment in 2003 at entry level position. Being a strategic thinker, and aware of bright future of luxury car industry he compromised in his position. He never look back from that day and His passion for excellence, perfection and customer centricity opened doors of opportunities for him to global conglomerates. His talent also led him work in Sultanate of Oman. Here, Dhanraj learned business excellence, volume business and processes and got accredited as “Toyota Certified Customer Service Evaluator”. Looking to his liasoning and convincing skills, he was also assigned to market specialized equipment, exclusively supplied to aviation sectors, port authorities, and defense sectors, municipal and police authorities.

In spite of getting global exposure, vocal for local has always in heart of Dhanraj.  This inspired him to explore opportunities to serve in his own country and hence relocated back to India to his home town to work with German Luxury renowned car brands. Though the growth opportunities were narrow compared to his experiences, he did not lose his passion and patience to get himself and his team awarded with many awards for retail partners of these German luxury car brands served by them.
