Having started his career as Support Executive doing country wide installation and training of licensed software, he is passionate about transforming businesses & data into actionable business goal, digital transformation and Information Security / Cyber Security. This has helped him to climb up the corporate ladder to take up the CXO role for the last 8 plus years.

He has the experience in setting up 3 start-up companies in India. While having worked in multinational / Global 100 companies such as Unilever and HP Enterprises, his first break in financial services sector was with Allianz Life Insurance. While working for Allianz he was a member of the Management team looking into the company’s entry in the Indian market. He was involved in implementing an Insurance core-application in Asia Pacific region, Strategic Planning and budgeting of IT resources and business and workflow processes for various departments. Post his association with Allianz he has also had the opportunity of setting up IT Operations for HDFC Standard Life Insurance and ING Life in India.

In his current association as Group EVP & Head – IT & IS, with YES Asset Management (India) Limited he is the first employee to join and build the company ground up. In the last 4 years as a part of the core Startup Team to start Asset Management business operations he has provided strategic direction and inputs in areas not just in Technology, but also in business plan & Operations strategy development & implementation, branch rollout, etc. He has setup the technology backbone for the company ground up. He has played similar role in setting up Religare Invesco Asset Management Company Private Limited.
