He qualified as a Mechanical Engineer from Nagpur University in the Year 1995. After completing his Engineering, Deepak began his career working for an Italian company handling their operations in New Delhi for over two years. During his stint with the company, he saw an opportunity to showcase a product line that was hitherto unknown to the market and had limited visibility.

It was in this capacity that he realized that his ultimate aim in life was to become an entrepreneur and that’s how LGF Sysmac was launched in the year 2000. During these 20 vibrant and dynamic years, he has seen the organization grow from a one – man organization to a multi – faceted and vivacious young teenager, structured to handle the future.  

Over the last twenty years in business, his company faced various challenges; amongst others being low – quality products from neighboring countries. With no building standards in place and lack of product knowledge to the common man; this meant low – cost inferior quality products were brought into the country and price was the end factor as always. This was one of the bigger challenges for the company which wanted to focus on delivering high – quality products. Even otherwise, MSMEs have lacked support from the governance; which further made it more difficult to compete. 

However, he turned every challenge into a business opportunity and made the most out of it. The company from being just a trading unit turned into a manufacturing facility and today is not only a preferred partner for various Indian developers & window/door and façade manufacturers but is also exporting to various neighboring countries like Sri Lanka, Nepal, and the Middle East besides having pan India presence. Recently the company has forayed into the International market by opening its first overseas office in Durban, South Africa.

Whether it is the pilot seat of a two – seater aircraft, as a hobby or jumping out of one, both thrill him to no end. Travelling and food have become a passion, which he has been fortunate to have had the pleasure of being blessed with, during his career.

On the professional front, he is committed to take this organization to the newer heights with a mission to make LGF Sysmac, the preferred solution provider for Aluminium & uPVC Profile Working Machinery, ACP Cutting and Grooving Machinery, Thermal Break Machinery, Architectural Hardware for doors, windows & Glazed facades, Façade Lighting and Automation of Façade Openable for Smoke and Natural Ventilation.

He is quite optimistic about the industry and Indian economy, as a whole, and his personal vision is to take LGF Sysmac to all the continents by 2023, QUALITY and INNOVATION being the KEY words.
