Chandra Vikram Prahladka, known by his peers as a kind, the grounded, and inspiring leader was trained as an Engineer and enhanced his skills with a postgraduate degree in Finance. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the corporate world including Devyani International, Sobha Group, Binani Industries, Dubai Group (UAE), Emirates NBD (UAE), KPMG, and Ernst & Young/ Arthur Andersen and is among the few top international finances executives of Indian origin. He has been able to achieve such heights through his keen situational awareness and mindset towards intuitive problem-solving.
Above all, he is driven by his childlike curiosity, his thirst to learn, and his want to empower people around him to do the same. Armed with these core principles, Chandra has taken on many challenges in his career spanning 20 years of global experience in CXO (CFO, Director) level roles working for diversified conglomerates.
His responsibilities have spanned Fund Raising, Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt Restructuring/Refinance, Corporate Strategy, Private Equity investments/ Exits, Cash Flow Management and Developing & Implementing Finance & Management Controls/Processes/ERP across Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe & UAE across sectors –Financial Services, Cement, Fibreglass, Real Estate, F&B, Fintech.
Given his a diverse set of experiences and excellence in his field, Chandra was awarded as a top 100 CFO, 2020 by CFO India and CFO of the Year by Indian Achievers Forum. Looking to the future, Chandra wants to extend his knowledge and skill sets and mentor the next generation of Indian leaders.
