Mr. Vinoo always believed in promoting and usage of indigenous seeds as they are resistant to pests, diseases and environmental conditions and have high nutritional values and they rely on indigenous cows for everything as it gives the entire requirement of our farming activities.

The work the company does is born out of innate love for farming, cows and vegetation. This gives an opportunity to be close to soil/nature.  They practise holistic farming like using indigenous cow dung and manure, inoculation of healthy bacteria to the soil using all farm leftovers for mulching. They use indigenous seeds for planting and focusing on soil to give the best, most importantly revive and maintain the soil’s natural power.

Following the principle of organic farming they implemented in manufacturing and usage of manures with native cow dung, crop residues and waste fodder and all plant related, off-farm organic waste.

Agriculture isn’t just about farming; it has an enormous range of career opportunities.  The massive food & drink sector rests on the backbone of the farming, which means in agriculture, there are jobs for everything in between the farm and the store.

There are huge problems yet to be solved, and many exciting possibilities to uncover. According to Mr. Vinoo working in agriculture means every day is a new and exciting adventure and rarely are any two days the same.

Along with cultivating using heirloom/ native seeds, also started a seed bank, which is a repository for seeds guarded in a safe environment for the proverbial “rainy day” and with the objective of preserving native breeds of vegetables, millets, cereals and pulses. Presently they are housed with 30 varieties of Paddy seeds and multiple varieties of vegetable seeds and wheat.

Working closely with organic farmers across the country and collecting native seeds and sharing among with others for seed production

Motivated the neighbouring farmers in moving to organic farming and using of native seeds which is a step to achieve a larger dream of providing chemical free food for everyone.  They have already established customer base across major cities in India and also sending across the produce to friends and family in US, UK, UAE, HK, Malaysia and spreading the word with the Indian communities and giving them the true flavour of native Indian produce.

They also provide the seeds along with other farm inputs like organic manure and pesticides to consumers so they can start growing on their terraces.

There is always life in agriculture and the most important thing is going back to roots of who you truly are.
