Brijendra Kumar Dhup, B.E., PGDPM & IR, D.L.L, M. Tech – I.I.T. Delhi is a highly qualified and dynamic Professional, having work experience in Corporate Sector for 38 years where he rose to the position of Director – HR & Skill Development, Management Education for 12 years where he worked as Professor – HRM, L & D & Others in some of the leading Management Institutions like FORE School of Management, New Delhi Institute of Management, M.D.I (Visiting) and Program Director for Nottingham University, U.K under the aegis of FORE School, Management Consulting Domain for 12 years handling Training & Development, HR Consulting & Assessment & Development Centers (ADC) with Organizations like K.P.M.G, L.H.H, Thomas Assessments and Global Management Xperts, a division of MIDAS Consulting Inc., USA.
Prof. Dhup is also a recipient of the National Award as best Professor in the HRM domain and best Behavioral & soft skills Trainer presented to him in 2012 by Headlines Today, Stars of the Industry Group, World HRD Congress, and World CSR Day. As a Trainer, he has excelled in conducting Workshops & MDP’s for a large number of Corporates, Business Enterprises, Institutions, and bodies like the Confederation of Indian Industry (C.I.I). Prof. Dhup has a long record of participating in a number of Seminars & Conferences as an invitee, Speaker & corporate nominee.
Prof. Dhup also completed Certification Courses in Career Coaching/ Counseling & Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (D.M.I.T). He helped many Students, Corporate Executives, and Women Managers in identifying the right careers for them which proved to be a great help & success for participants. Having a Diploma in Labour Laws from Central Labour Institute, Delhi, Prof. Dhup has handled many Industrial Relations issues & matters successfully and also has been a trainer in the domain.
Most importantly, Prof. Dhup has handled Assessment & Development Center projects for more than 14 top leading Private & Public Sector Organizations in the country including Maharatnas and Navratnas as well as DEWA, Dubai for top Managerial positions like DGM’s and GM’s and covered more than 5000 top managers.

Prof. Dhup has long been associated with I.S.T.D as Faculty and has to his credit 2 reference books formerly being taught in I.S.T.D and also has been a Faculty and Examiner for IGNOU. He has also published management articles in Management Journals of repute.
