With a whooping experience of 27 Years in Light Engineering & Mobility Sector in Manufacturing & Engineering, Mr. B.P. Shiv has rendered his services in the Services Industry handling – Global MNC’s partnerships in India, Overall Business Management, driving Turnaround, exponential Growth with Profitability, New Product Lines / Technology introduction, Team Building & Operational Excellence as a Transformation Leader.
Mr. Shiv began his career as a Trainee Engineer at Rockman Industries (A Hero Group Co.) and in a very short span of time, took charges as the Assistant Manager Marketing at Moonlight Auto Group where he was responsible for bringing about progressive changes in single product line (stamping parts) manufacturing business into four different SBUs with forward and backward integration of processes(Hand Tools/Automotive Toolkits, Precision stamping parts, Tractors parts & assemblies, Mechanisms & Assly modules) for OEM & aftermarket for India and exports.
He then joined Tata Ficosa as the Export Sales Head and was also the Regional Director of Sales and Program Management, BU Asia. He created the Program Management Function and Process for the company in collaboration with Ficosa Spain Global Processes. He also established on site Engineering support activities in Italy, Germany & Spain and strengthened the off shore Engineering services in India.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Amalgamations Group, Mr. Shiv is directly responsible for growth and profitability, supporting other business divisions/product lines for Business Development and customer strategic interactions. Some of the key achievements under his leadership include, deeper penetration with Kia and Hyundai and the organization championed to get included as the potential supplier for new product lines with multiple customers within a short span of 10 months.
