He took up his first job aged 19 as an apprentice on the shop floor of a textile mill earning 240 rupees per month. Learning in odd jobs, he worked his way up the ladder of the textile industry learning the tricks of the trade for almost a decade. In 1987, he ventured into his first business of textile plant & machinery consultancy and implementation to setup small textile plants.

Having felt the need to switch to a new way of business, in 1997-98, Mr. Bale started a business of enhancing corporate brand identities & specialised in custom-made corporate neckties. Till date, this business has served more than 250 big brands across Financial, Pharma, Banks, and Technology sectors like Bombay Stock Exchange, Bank of Baroda, ICICI, Bank of India, Central Bank, Andhra Bank, Sun Pharma, Cipla, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, Sandoz, Dr. Reddy’s, Lupin, Novartis, Larsen and Toubro etc. He has been able to build this body of work purely on the basis of honest and hard-working work ethics and principles. The journey continues.

‘Any one member of the family has to become a foundation for a family’s success. Why shouldn’t you become that foundation?’  These words by Shri. G D Birla also inspired Mr. Bale to make sacrifices for his family and lead them to the path of further success.

Today, his son has completed his MBA from IIM (Bangalore) and is successfully working with a well-known organization. On the other hand his daughter has completed her double masters from India & UK and is working with top advertising agencies in the world.

He continues to dream big today and hopes to keep learning more about this beautiful world.
